What else?
I have been kiting now for three and a half years and teaching for two, I have sailed compettitively my whole life in dinghies and yachts and also taught sailing for about 15 years. Yes I'm 34 now, so it's never too late to start kiting!
In my first year of kiting I learnt fast and started to compete immediately, managing to come second in the irish tour which has six stops in 2008!
I held the title for Queen of Dublin Bay 2008 and retained it i 2009, I then did one of the PKRA competitions (world tour) in Leucate France in 2009, before moving to Tarifa. I also tried my hand at course racing in the PKRA in Portugal in 2009, I then attained my IKO instructors qualifcation in 2009 in Porto Portugal.
I'm a memeber of the IKSA and have taught in Tarifa, Ireland and Kenya.
I like to train at free style when I'm not teaching and also love the strong wind of Levante in the summer and the big waves of Poniente in the winter here in Tarifa.
My best trick is an S-bend, which is an unhooked front roll with the kite nice and low!
Otherwise I just like to kite, go BIG and free my mind everyday!
